ORDER & RETURN

Order cancellation & Changes

Once your order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center, and we are unable to make changes or cancellations to placed orders for any reason. 

 

Returns

We hope you love everything you order, like so many of our customers do! Items are eligible for a refund on regular priced items within 30 days of purchase. If you send your package outside of the 30-day window, we reserve the right to reject your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Return costs are calculated by our chosen courier, which will be deducted from your refund. We are not able to hold product for exchange.

Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

SOWANEE can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned. 

We process returns within 3 weeks of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note delivery fees are non-refundable.
 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to info@sowanee.com. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. 
  • Any free products that are given away as part of a promotion.
  • Items that have been worn/used or washed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
